Importing Old Comments

    I am trying to import the old comments from previous posts, I used the SYNC Comments Button, and it keeps loading and the message appears “Yayy!!! Comments are successfully synced “, but when I check the posts on my website I cannot find the comments

    PS: on facebook post I add the link of the post of my website that I want to import the comments

    Am I doing it properly or I misunderstood the plugin features, and I appreciate if you can have a video or screenshots for the plugin features, that would be great.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using my plugin. Are you trying to move your old comments in your website to facebook or do you have problems importing the comments from facebook?

    I am trying to import the comments from facebook to my new website

    what I do is I add the link of the post of my website on the published post on my fan page that I want to import its comments, is that right?

    I updated but it still doesnot import comments from facebook to my website
    also it doesnot import from the website to facebook

    I received comments on this post but it didnot appear on facebook and it didnot send me a notification

    It is probably caused by the language. Could you please write me on twitter (@btdogan) so you can share screenshots of your database system and I may find a solution.
