importing not working since WordPress Update

  • Recently I received an email from WordPress which says:

    “Howdy! Your site at https://jungnet.net has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.2.1.

    Since that update the ability to import my Blogger posts to WordPress has ceased working.

    How may I resolve this issue?

    Prior to the recent WordPress Update I would post daily to my Blogger Blog: https://carljungdepthpsychology.blogspot.com/

    Then I would go to my first WordPress Blog and import my Blogger Post to it: https://carljungdepthpsychology.wordpress.com/.

    I have not had any problems doing this in the past nor do I have any now.

    Secondly I would go to my second WordPress Blog: https://jungnet.net/

    Once there I would go to “Dashboard,” “Tools,” “Blogger” and under the “Action Button” click on “Import” upon which it would say “Importing” and shortly thereafter the “Importing” will be completed.

    Since the most recent update I have performed the same functions but when I now click on “Import” nothing happens.

    Now I am forced to undergo the cumbersome process of exporting the post from my first WordPress Blog to my second WordPress Blog and uploading it there which is quite time consuming.

    So, I am trying to determine how to get the “Import” feature on my second WordPress Blog to work properly.
