I have recently switched hosts and I’m having trouble importing my WP database.

I have followed the tutorials on the forums, including:
    tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/restore

When importing the new mysql table content, I get the following error message:

#1064 – You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘CURRENT_TIMESTAMP on update CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
    PRIMARY KEY

  • Strange – I don’t recall seeing that particular error message before.

I can’t find that CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in my db so I’m assuming you have a plugin table inside the db?
If so, does removing that table allow the import?

Yes removing that table worked. Thanks
