Importing media file and enhanced media library categories

    Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for asking your question. The process of moving taxonomies to another website is a bit tricky right now. I will include import/export mechanism in EML 2.1

    The guide at the moment:

    Old website:

    1. export your site content with Tools -> Export menu.

    New website:

    1. first, install and activate EML,
    2. if you have used any other taxonomy in addition to / instead of EML’s default media_category, create those taxonomies manually in Media Settings -> Taxonomies menu. They have to have same slugs as on your old website,
    3. import your content with WordPress Importer (Tools -> Import)

    All taxonomy terms (your categories) with all connections to media files will be in place. Feel free to ask for help if something goes wrong for you.

    As for EML PRO 2.0 (the version with bulk edition). It is going to be launched very soon. I am now working on my payment integration. The plugin itself is ready.
