importing links from RSS aggregator

i’ve tried and tried and STF but can’t get my .opml file to upload. keep getting an error on line 89 of link-import.php. i have not altered that file or changed it in anyway. i even read when i STF that it could be link-parse-opml.php file, so i replaced it also with a new one into the admin folder. still no worky.

my .opml file is coming from NetNewsWire, in case that makes a difference.
