Importing links

I have been using another link cloaker (Affiliate Link Cloaker 1.3.2, which is now over two years old, and the author has abandoned it). This cloaker is generating error messages, which is causing my error log to quickly grow enormous, so I would like to migrate my links (I have about fifty of them) to your plugin. What would be the easiest way to do that?
