Importing keeps skipping attachements

I am trying to import from a xml file which I exported from selfhost. I want to import it to www.remarpro.com. The problem is that it imports all the text fine but it doesn’t import the pictures, pdf files etc. It says “Skipping attachment” all the time.
I post here because I can’t post on the www.remarpro.com forum as it closed….
