Importing into relationship fields

    Hi all,
    On my site I use PODS and WP ALL IMPORT. most of the pods are connected with relationship fields, and I want to import data into those fields. ALL IMPORT doesn’t import into relationship fields. I understand that I need to fetch the ID’s of the relationships, but I don’t understand exactly how that works.
    Any help is much appreciated ??
