I’m trying to import images from my WordPress media library into a Robo Gallery, but the plugin isn’t recognizing all of my images. Only a few show up when I try to add them to a gallery. Is there a known issue or a workaround for this?

Thank you for reaching out about the issue you’re experiencing when importing images from your WordPress media library into Robo Gallery.

Here are a few steps to help resolve this issue:

    1. Ensure that the filenames of your images do not contain special characters or spaces. Sometimes, special symbols in filenames can cause issues with image recognition. Renaming the files to remove any special characters might help.

    2. Make sure that the images are in formats supported by the WordPress core system (e.g., JPEG, PNG, GIF). If the files are in a different format, try converting them to one of these supported types.

    3. Occasionally, files may be corrupted or not fully uploaded. Re-uploading the images to the media library can sometimes resolve this issue.

If you’ve tried these steps and the problem persists, please submit a support ticket through our local support system. Our technical team will be happy to investigate further and provide you with a solution.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you in getting your images recognized and added to your gallery.
