Importing Historical Data Not Happening

When I attempt to use the Analytics features to view my WooCommerce sales, I get a message that says “Importing Customers” with a spinning icon.
After several hours, it still shows “Importing Customers” and the spinning icon, but it shows that 0 of 2000+ “Orders And Refunds” have processed, and likewise for the “Imported Registered Customers”.
I have turned off ALL plugins, save for WooCommerce.
I have switched to the Storefront theme.
I have cleared my various caches.
I have confirmed with my web host, WP Engine, that the server-side of things is good.
WP Engine told me “we don’t see any time out errors nor any killed processes for the import. The server load appears healthy and without issue.”
They suggested that I ask WordPress and WooCommerce about the issue, which is why I am posting this here.
What is the next step I can take?

Hi @carletontorpin,
Would you mind heading to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending and checking if you have pending jobs there? If yes, manually run them by hovering over the Hook and clicking the “Run” button.

- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

I have gone to the Status > Suggested Actions > Pending and there at 10,138 jobs listed as “Pending”.

The recommendation is to run the pending actions (corn events), here is a plugin that will help you manage this:

I have installed WP Crontrol.
With the help of my server’s WP Engine tech support, I was able to remove ALL of the Pending Cron Jobs, and now there is only a single one.
The single “Pending” Scheduled Action shows a plugin called Rank Math, and that it is doing data_fetch.
With all “pending actions” mostly nullified, I attempted to run the customer data import again, via the Analytics > Settings tab.
Again, I am shown the same message as before: “Importing Customers” and a spinning ball icon.
No actual customer data or order data has been imported yet, even after an hour or so.
My tech support agent at the server-company, WP Engine, told me the following:
“The errors I could find don’t seem to be related to any cron jobs or imports, There was one for the theme and one for woo-product-slider-pro, I don’t see those error counts increasing which usually indicates they are not playing in a factor with what we are checking.”
Is there a next step that I can take?

If the issue persists, provide a screenshot of your browser developer console. Right-click on the page or press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed.

I attempted to import the customer data again, but the same issue resulted as in prior attempts.

I have enabled third-party cookies and I have gone into private mode, in Safari.
Once I did that, the import process was able to complete for both Orders and Customers. ??
