Importing Haloscan Comments

  • I’ve been unable to get my comments imported from Haloscan. Can someone steer me in the direction of what I may be doing wrong?

    Here’s what I have done already:

    I successfully ran the blogger import tool as described in import-blogger.php.

    I looked at justinsomnia’s comment importing instructions (https://justinsomnia.org/2005/06/importing-haloscan-comments-into-wordpress/) and followed his blogger import and haloscan import instructions, to the tee.

    When I clicked OK at the bottom of the haloscan import tool, it reported that 0 comments had been imported. I have 555 comments that should have imported. Any suggestions?
