importing google calendar dates

Hi – we’ve got the pro version and have been trying to import dates from google calendar. Some of them import, but others show up as grayed out or with a trash can next to them. In other instances, there are dates coming up very soon but the first instance that is imported is years in the future. Any idea how to fix this? Is there a way to totally unlink a calendar and try afresh? Or are these dates hidden away somewhere to cause problems with duplication later? I did send in a ticket to support but have low expectations. Thanks!
