• I’m trying to import a GED from Ancestry.com and the import screen is not showing the same information as in the demo video or FAQ. It stops displaying fields after the Destination branch field. and when I select the proper GED file, Tree, and Branch and then select Import Data it just thinks for a few seconds and then comes up with an empty search result and nothing appears to be imported. Could this be related to the WP version I’m using (6.0.3) or PHP version (7.4.32)? If that is the issue is there a way around it? • I’m using PHP 7.4.32 without problems. How big is the GEDCOM?

The actual GED file is only 232Kb, about 867 people. My main issue is that the lower half of the screen where you choose import options isn’t even there. See the screen captures in my original message. I’m at a loss as to why. I’ve tried different browsers and changed the theme to the WP 2017 theme with no changes.

My screen looks the same as yours. I have about 3,000 persons in my file. I’m happy to do a test load using my system if you would like. Otherwise, hopefully support will help out soon.

    Hey @squirej,

Sure I will be looking forward to the issue you addressed will get back to you very soon.

    Thanks,
    Support.

I just exported an Ancestry GEDCOM and tried to import with the same result as @squirej; it paused for about 3 seconds and then came up with “Nothing found”. The GEDCOM that worked came from the Legacy application.

Support, could I please send you both files to test?

    Thank you.
