Importing from New Blogger Error

I am trying to import my blog from Blogger to Word Press, but I keep getting this error when connecting to my Google account:
Could not connect to https://www.google.com
There was a problem opening a secure connection to Google. This is what went wrong:
Unable to find the socket transport “ssl” – did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? (0)
My site is https://juicedsportsblog.com, and the Blogger version is https://juicedsports.blogspot.com (but it redirects to the real one)
