Importing from MT

That’s irrelevant. The fucker wouldn’t open. Not in any browser I have. But it would open in GoLive5, after which it would open in Netscape.
As for the instructions; hah! By following them I managed to screw up the file. When you’re going to tell people how to get something down, you damn well get it right in the first place. If the user needs to change something, you point out every instance where the change needs to be made.
Too many stupid mistakes. Too many stupid assumptions. Not everyone who wants to blog is a script monkey or code geek. Deal with it. As for me; until Word Press is a mature product I will stick with something designed with normal humans in mind, and not those with extreme autism.

there is only one line you need to edit in import-mt.php
Open it in a simple text editor and make that change.
Is that a difficult instruction to follow?
I edited import-mt.php so that the instructions are visible when it’s accessed using the browser, and when you open in in the text editor.
What could be simpler?
Constructive suggestions as to how to make the import-mt , or editing it, simpler are welcome.
