importing from 2 sites into same?

    Salut Frederic!
    I was attempting to import two different Joomla sites’ articles into one WP website as I’m combining them for a client.
    I read in the support thread that the plugin can only do one.

    Is there no way at all to override this? Is there an sql table value I can change/reset?

    I’m not understanding what could be preventing me from doing this.
    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    It is not possible to do that directly with the plugin. The reason is that the IDs could be the same.
    A workaround is to migrate the first site on one WordPress site. Then migrate the second site to another WordPress site. Then merge the two WordPress sites using the default WordPress importer.

    Yes, that’s what I read in the other thread.

    It’s a big inconvenience having to create another WP website just for this.

    …and there’s no way to “trick” the plugin into thinking it’s the first run?
