Importing Flickr?

I’ve set up a photoblog at https://thehumanmuseum.com and all of the photos are hosted on my Flickr account. Rather than manually adding each photo to a new post I was wondering if there is a plugin or tool out there that allows you to import each of your Flickr photos into a new and separate post for each?
