Importing events from Google calendar

Currently this is not possible. The plugin eme-sync-facebook-events can be taken as a lead for this, together with the php api of google (https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-php-client ) and then start coding and testing (based on https://developers.google.com/calendar/v3/reference/events/list )
I almost gave up on the facebook sync plugin because of continuous FB issues (with their api, access, …). And I’m not quite sure that google is not walking the same path (which is why I stopped using google maps). Any api key requires you to give credit card info, and I’m not really willing to give that info away.
