Importing database onto localhost

  • Hi,

    I designed my WordPress website on my localhost, and then treid uploading it to the live site.

    I was having problems with it, so I tried deleting all the tables and so on from the live site that appreared to have loaded, but it seems I have accedentally deleted the info from my localhost.

    I have the whole WP database on my pc still.

    Any ideas how I can import this databse into my localhost so that I can still save the site?

    I’m completely lost and desperate.
