importing database

    I had a wordpress site up and running on godaddy .. it just got hacked … I changes servers and installed and older (unhacked) backup on the new server .. when I went to import database with PhpMyAdmin .. I get the following error code:

    SQL query:

    —
    — Table structure for table wp_comments
    —
    DROP TABLE IF EXISTS wp_comments ;

    MySQL said:

    #1046 – No database selected

    What am I missing here?
