Importing Data in Subdomain

    Hi Everyone

    i have some problems importing a Data in my Subdomain
    when i click a submit after i select a user, the Page will comes to
    500 internal server error anyone here have resolve this problem? and i don’t have a .htaccess to edit my file i have only web.config file.

    please help me
