Importing content infinitely

    I am trying to import the demo content of a theme downloaded on Themeforest and the load is infinite. It just never mattered, what can I do?

    Hi,

    you should contact your theme support and see if they have some issues with the import files. This usually happens if the media files are not available for download (issue with the import file) or if your server is not allowing to store those files (file/folder permission issues).
