Importing CF7 on WP Multisite

I have imported the form on WP Multisite from one site to the other. The import was okay expect for the form id, which it kept the same. Is this some kind of a bug? I was expecting it would create a new form id on a different site. I can still duplicate the form to have a new form id created.
