Importing Bookmarks

    Does this plugin import the bookmarks from the PDF? I create PDFs with bookmarks already laid out. It would be nice if it pulls in the bookmark layout so that I do not have to reconstruct the bookmarks. This is key to using a flipbook for me. Also, is there a way to display the bookmark view so that it is not overtop of the PDF – maybe off to the left not covering the PDF?
