• Hi, I have two persistent warnings at my dashboard about importing and restoring passwords processes running in the background. If I click on run these processes now they seem not to work. My protected pages seem to be working correctly though.

Is there a way to fix these warnings issue? thanks

    Hi @alegira ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please try deactivating/uninstalling the plugin and then reactivating/reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue?

It’s also possible that there may be a conflict with another plugin. You might want to temporarily disable all other plugins, then re-enable the PPWP Lite plugin only to check if it works correctly. If the issue is gone, you can re-activate other plugins.

    Awaiting your reply.

Hi, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but after some time the warnings show up again.

The plugin imports wordpress passwords correctly initially, but later it seems to try to do some additional importing and restoring operations in the background, getting stuck.

Could my security plugin be blocking some functionality? Is the Rest API needed for it to work?

    Thanks

Hi again, it was finally fixed by temporarily deactivating protection plugins and uninstalling/reinstalling.

    Thanks

Hi again, both warnings showed up after some time. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t solve my issue.

It seems that the background processes of importing and restoring passwords restarted and can not go through.

    Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi @alegira ,

Could you please enable the WP Debug log and provide us with the debug.log file so our dev team can review it?

Additionally, could you contact us via our Contact Form to obtain the modified version (upcoming release version) and test if it resolves the issue?

    Awaiting your reply.
