Importing an old database

I have recently had to delete/reinstall my WordPress setup as my website had been hacked. I exported an .sql file of my database, however now when I try to import it I get the following error (by the way I exported through cpMyAdmin, just realized maybe I should have gone export through WordPress):

#1044 – Access denied for user ‘headstud_admin’@’localhost’ to database ‘headstud_WPDB’

The problem is, if I do create a headstud_WPDB database and try the import function again I get the following error:

#1007 – Can’t create database ‘headstud_WPDB’; database exists

So I am screwed either way. I wish there was a way to assign permissions to headstud_WPDB without creating the database first but I don’t know how to do this and I am using a limited version of phpMyAdmin.

Any ideas? I’m stressing here a little.
