Import/Export Question???

  • I have a problem. I’m trying to import content from one WordPress blog to another. I exported from my older blog. Saved the file. Imported from my new blog. And only half the content moved over.

    Does anyone know why this would happen? And how can I fix it?

    I have all my categories. No pages except All About Me. Some of the comments are there. But All the comments and post from July-October are not there.

    I have tried again this morning and the same thing happened.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I opened the export XML document and near the bottom it had an error.

    The XML page cannot be displayed
    Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
