Import/Export Database CSV error

  • Hi there,

    We are having an issue with uploading and exporting a search database. When uploading, the list only gets partly through the upload before a connection timed out error occurs, and when we check the participants list, it is only has some of the list uploaded. We had to break our list up in pieces in order for it to upload in time before an error occurred.

    For exporting, we are getting the same error, so it will not let us export any of the list.

    We tried resolving it with our hosting, but everything is air tight on their side. Any word on how to fix? Thanks!

    Most likely you need to increase the “max_execution_time” PHP setting to allow for the large file upload.

    I tried doing that in the htaccess file, but to no avail. Set it to 1200 but it still timed out. Our hosting company told us its all set up correctly, its just not working for whatever reason. Is there any way that you think we could get this fixed?

    Did you look for errors in the PHP error log? That’s a good place to start.
