Import/Export constantly fails

Hi,

I have two wordpress sites that are the exact same. One is unsecured for clients and the other is unsecured for non-clients. We need to be able to create the post once and import it into the second site. It is taking to long to create the posts twice. When we use the import/export function we get the following error Failed to import “client name”: Invalid post type.

This seems to be an ongoing issue here but is there perhaps a better/easier way to accomplish this? Is there a way to create the post once and upload it to a second site? Can the post be copied from the file manager to the file manager of the second site?

Can someone shed some light on the most efficient way to achieve this?
