importer plugin not taking images

Hey,
I’m using mamp and have both multisite and onesite version installed.
(as well as regular server)
when i’m trying to import content i’m having two problem –
always fails to import images and doubles menu (but second problem less important now)

tried couple importers same result.

I checked xml files all files a loading normally.
tried to place direct link to another image
checked permissions of folder same result.

I’m searching for more than 4 hours now, got lot’s issues like this but without any solution.

another importer and exporter exists it will work too.

Please help so time i spent will help me and others.
