Importer Not Working

Right now I’m working on importing content for two different clients, one from WordPress.com to .org and one from Blogger…

For the WordPress.com client, when I try and upload the .xml file via the importer it says “the file does not exist” and does this on any site I’ve tried.

For the Blogger client, I just get jumbled posts importing, it looks like just the HTML is importing but not even correctly because it’s publishing that way.

Iv’e done both of these imports a ton so I can’t figure out what might be wrong.
