I do have full text extractor on but no translation services.

Since it’s a 3rd-party GPL script, which is included into CyberSEO Lite package “AS IS”, I can not fix this problem. Only its authors can do that. So I suggest you to contact them directly.

Can this script be replaced with another 3rd party script? I see there are others and there is a space for the fivefilters code on the setting area?

Yes, of course. Just open CyberSEO Lite->General Settings and replace the Full text extractor URL value there to the service you want to use instead of FiveFilters script.
