Imported tabs not showing

    Hi
    When importing I can not create content inside a Tab.

    Using the Option: Yes – Edit Tab Title & Content

    Title comes from a pre-exisitng Tab: Información Adicional
    Content (inside editor) comes from the csv field ans shows as: {informacinadicional[1]}

    The rest of the product information is imported just fine.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @logz05,

    Are you dragging the {informacinadicional[1]} variable into the editor or is this value already set? I’m assuming you’re dragging it in. If so, does this variable work inside the standard content area for the product? That is, if you drag the variable into the pre-defined content area will the value import properly? Can you test this?

    I am trying to find out if the issue is something with the Custom Product Tabs extension or if the variable itself is not being exported/imported properly.

    Hi Kevin,

    Yes if I drag the same field into the regular content area (description) then the field contents show perfectly.

    Hello Nick,

    I’m not able to reproduce this using the standard fields like title and content. What’s an example of a value for the {informacinadicional[1]} field? Is this WooCommerce’s default Additional Information tab meta field?
