Imported Table Will Not Show

    I cannot get an imported table to show on the page with the assigned shortcode.

    I have entered [table id=25 /] but this isn’t showing on the page, not even just the shortcode.

    I have made a new table just doing data entry, not an import, and it worked fine.

    I can place old tables and they will show.

    But, I’ve tried 5x doing imports – the tables look great in TablePress, but will not show on the page when I place the shortcode.

    Please assist.

    I note that when I do ‘view page source’, that shortcode isn’t there, but I can see it on the WordPress page in Edit view!

    If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Done! I do need a bunch of updates on the site, but since the older ones are working I don’t know if that’s the cause… I appreciate your feedback.

    Hi,

    I was able to log in and could see the problem, but I have no clue where it’s coming from.
    I assume that something is interfering with the parsing of Shortcodes.

    Please update both WordPress, and all themes and plugins to the latest version. Maybe that helps already.
    It seems that you are using a rather old version of WordPress and not the latest version of TablePress.
    Unfortunately, I could not run further checks, as I can not access the “Plugins” menu for some reason.
