    I have imported settings and now I am unable to access admin panel from super admin user.
    I tried /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wlcms&wlcms-action=reset but got error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”

    Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear that. Could you let me know which version you’re using? If it’s the latest version, please try resetting it from the Plugins page: https://d.pr/i/Z78pYO.

    It’s latest version, I’m not able to access plugins page either because I had hid it for other users and it got applied on my super admin too when I imported settings from other site. I tried renaming plugin folder via FTP but as soon as I reactivate it again super admin gets restricted, Is there any way to reset settings from database or anything?

    Please open the {db_prefix}options database table and delete all entries where the option_name column has a prefix of wlcms_.

    DELETE FROM {db_prefix}options WHERE option_name LIKE 'wlcms_%';

    It worked Thanks.

    Hello! Just to say that the same thing happened to me and I solved it by deleting those tables as well, thank you.
    The question is: is this a problem with this version or can it no longer be imported from previous versions?
