Imported files going to 404

I am working on a website for a client who has been using this plugin to import products into woocommerce using a csv file which also populates advanced custom field repeaters which is all working but the files that are being uploaded to the all import folder and also wp media library the URL’s are going to a 404 page.
Any help in resolving this would be great?

Please try updating the permalinks in your WordPress admin dashboard via Settings -> Permalinks -> Save Changes. If that doesn’t fix it, please replicate the import at https://wpallimport.com/debug and open a ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ so we can see the issue in action.
