imported file name (unicode) get cut

Hi,
Thanks for the plugin!
One issue that I’ve stuck with:
imported file name (unicode in hebrew) get cut –
the original name:
????? ?????? 4-2016.pdf

the uploaded name
??????-4-2016.pdf

So the first word is got cut.
Any suggestions except remaining the files?
