    Hi,

Using a XML feed plugin I am pulling events into my WordPress site from an XML feed. The plugin seems to work fine, all the events pull your Event Custom Post Type, assigning the day and time and all other fields all map correctly. When I view the front-end in list view everything is great.

However for some reason my imported events will only display in list view. This appears to only affect imported records and, strangely, if I open an imported event and without editing anything click ‘Update’, the event will appear in the Monthly calendar just fine. This works until the XML feed is updated, then the record goes away again.

Is there a meta field or some other property I need to set as part of my feed update so my events show in all calendar views?

  • Hey @wisefool,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.

We unfortunately do not provide support for third-party plugin integration.

With that in mind, what you are describing is most likely caused by a discrepancy in date formats between your import either at the the Events Calendar level or the WordPress level on one of the sites involved.

    Cheers

    Thanks again!
