Imported Demo Content. How to customize?

Greetings. I have imported the demo content from a premium theme I have downloaded. I love the way everything looks. However, I would like to change the photos and content they have for mine. For instance, I like the main slider they have but I want to replace their photos with mine. Whenever I got to the main slider and edit it, I will replace the picture, but it never works?

Help?
