Imported Custom Icon Pack Disappearing

The problem was a plugin: w3 total cache. I’ve deactivated it and the font shows now. Thanks for your support through the process.

Hi @evan Herman. I am having a similar problem with the plugin. When I upload the custom font file I can see the fonts in this bottom glyph section but in the preview section the font is missing. I inserted the font into a page and it does not show up either. I tried the above fixes with no luck. The site is currently on a local wordpress build.

Hello Evan,I have a .net MVC website https://www.corp-o-rate.com,I am able to view all icons in my developmental local machine,but in live environment i see only see rectangles.What am i missing here.
