Imported Blog Posts Not Showing Up on Page

  • Hello!

    I am having issues with my WordPress website I am currently developing. I created a few pages under Menus and they are showing up perfectly as navigation tabs on the top of the website. I then imported 8 blog posts from a previous WordPress blog and that was also successful. However, I am only able to view these posts on the backend of the website through the Dashboard. They are showing up when I click on Posts in the Dashboard, but are not actually showing up on my website.

    However, the goal is to have these posts show up on a specific page that I created. I have already changed the “page” to be the category “Blog” instead. And then I categorized each blog post as “Blog.” This is now allowing only one of my the eight blog posts to show up under the Blog navigation tab.

    Any suggestions on how to have all of the posts show up under my Blog navigation tab? It would be very much appreciated! Thank you!!

  • Would you want these to show up on the homepage as many do?

    If so, go to:

    Admin Dashboard>Settings>Reading>Front Page Displays>Latest Posts>Save.

    Your ‘blog’ will then show on the front page.

    Does that help? Anything else requires an advanced knowledge of themes and PHP..(or a different theme that can have a page of posts, blog, and a front page)
