imported blog posts not showing on new site

    I have set up a new WordPress site and imported my pages and posts from my previous site. Pages and Posts all imported fine but the blog page shows none of the posts imported and if I add a new post it doesn’t appear on the Blog page either. There must be a setting somewhere that I’m missing?? Thanks for any suggestions or advice.

    Found solution under customise theme, static front page to select blog page to show posts
