Important Update: Facebook Graph API v13 Deprecation and Required Plugin Update

  • Meta will be deprecating Graph API v13 on May 28, which is used by earlier versions of Facebook for WooCommerce. This update will only affect users who are using outdated versions of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin—specifically, versions earlier than v3.0.8 released January 10th 2023.

    If you are using a version earlier than 3.0.8, it will stop working from May 28. To avoid any disruption, please ensure to update to the latest version of the plugin.

    How to Check and Update Facebook for WooCommerce

    • Check Your Version: You can check your plugin version from your site dashboard. Navigate to Plugins > All Plugins and look under Facebook for WooCommerce.
    • Update the Plugin: If your plugin version is earlier than v3.0.8, please update to the latest version. You can do this by clicking “Update” under Facebook for WooCommerce.
