    Given that current state of turmoil on WP.org (the currently specific issue being around restricting access for devs that don’t buy into Matt’s personal crusade), support on this plugin cannot be guaranteed here.

    For problems and support, your best option is to open an issue on the plugin’s GitHub repo (https://github.com/fsquared-uk/f2-tag-cloud-widget), where at least I have reliable access.
