    If you are using the CSV Exporter extension for Awesome Surveys and it’s version is less than 0.4 DO NOT update Awesome Surveys without taking one of the following steps:

    1. Update the Awesome Surveys exporter to version 0.4 or higher

      2. or

    2. Deactivate the exporter plugin before updating Awesome Surveys

    If you’ve updated Awesome Surveys and getting a blank white screen now, access your file system either via ftp or your cpanel file manager, Navigate to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the directory named awesome-surveys-export-csv
