In our plugin, you can delete all WordPress users based on roles in WooCommerce you have 2 additional roles only. Customer and Shop Manager, now shop manager can’t have orders or very few which you can delete manually You need plugin to bulk delete data so that can be a customer only so we gave the option to delete customers who has no order.

For other WordPress users like subscribers, contributors etc there the ability to choose users by role and delete it.
