Important Plugin!

I saw this plugin and started with a free version way back when. It was awesome! After a period of time, I saw the real value in easily being able to see the delivery status of my customers’ orders, and being able to communicate that information to my customers. It gave me the appearance of professionalism, and gave my customers comfort in knowing where their order may be in the delivery system.

I tried to see if there was something baked into WordPress or WooCommerce that would do exactly the same thing – maybe I could save a couple of dollars? I looked. I tried. I failed. This is THE product. Unless or until someone else makes a better mousetrap, or TrackShip makes some magical update – this is the product you need on your website if you are shipping products.

Beyond that, on a couple of occasions as a novice webmaster, I have run into issues with the plugin. A simple email to Eran the owner and a quick response later, I have always been back up and running. The problems that I faced were actually all of my own making, but Eran has always been kind enough to get me back up and running.

I am a very pleased, long-term customer – and that isn’t going to change any time soon!!!
