Important News about the 3CX Live Chat Plugin

We have exciting news! We have built a new Live Chat solution for you! Called 3CX StartUP, it will give you completely FREE live chat, voice capability plus a team communication system!

You will be able to answer live chats from a brand new web interface or using the included iOS or Android Apps.

Voice capability means you can allow visitors to call you without using the PSTN.

• Download and install the WordPress Plugin
• Sign up here for StartUP
• Choose your 3CX type: Hosted > StartUP
• With the credentials you receive login to the Web Client
• Customize your live chat bubble and answer chats from the 3CX Web Client.

Will the old plugin work?
If you did not see our emails to disable auto updating, then your plugin will auto update and the old solution will no longer work. You can download the old plugin here if you like. However no more updates will be available for the old plugin. We will not publish any security updates either, so we recommend you switch to 3CX StartUP soonest or look for another solution.
