[IMPORTANT] Manually re-activate plugin after updating to v2.0.2

Due to a major refactor of the plugin’s code an automatic deactivation of the plugin is triggered after updating from v2.0.0 or lower.

Although this might be inconvenient, there was no way to get around this and the refactor had to be done. The good news is, simply re-activate the plugin from the Plugins screen and it will never happen again. ??
