Breaking News about the Wordfence family!

This has been a pretty amazing week for Wordfence. We just passed 75 million downloads and are humbled that so many of you choose to use and trust Wordfence for the daily defense of your websites. We were featured in a pretty cool online video game celebrating WordPress’ 15th birthday. And we were wrapping up some post GDPR things and glad to moving forward into other exciting projects for Wordfence. But then, it got better….

One of the things I love about Wordfence is that our customers and staff feel like family, to me and to customers I have talked to. I guess that’s a natural way to feel about someone who has your back 24/7 like Wordfence does for you. Having said that, we wanted to share some ‘family news’. Everyone here likely has run into WFAlaa a time or two. He’s our amazing forum guru and helps keep things chugging along here, offering sage advice, product knowledge, and troubleshooting tips to anyone who has a problem in the free forums. For the next few days he might be absent from the forums because he and his wife just welcomed a baby boy to the family a couple of days ago. Mom and child are doing great from the reports we got and we are grateful for that. Everyone please do us a favor and welcome the new addition to the Wordfence family, baby Anas. ??

NOTE : Don’t worry. Several of us that already hang out here like WFChloe and WFPhil will be around to help in WFAlaa’s absence.
